Workout without overheating!
Exercise for longer in this cool water based aerobics class. Supporting the body and putting less strain on the joints and muscles this aqua class is great if you’re older, have suffered an injury or recovering from illness. Using aqua dumbbells and kickboards in addition to the resistance of water it’s an excellent all-over workout, in an enjoyable atmosphere with music.
