Our phones and emails might bee temporarily disconnected on Thursday 30th and Friday 31st August due to the data cabinet migration. We expect this to be completed by the end of Friday, however we might not be able to take class bookings at our reception or via phone – please use our Online Booking System in the meantime.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the work, all services, including telephones and internet will be unavailable at some point over the two days. IT informs us that they will do everything we can do mitigate and reduce the downtime.
The work is being done mainly to enable us to build disaster recovery provision so future downtime can be avoided after all in the future.
Feel free to email us all the urgent questions and we will answer them as soon as our connection is back. On this occasion we will be accepting the cancellations for classes via phone without any late notice fees.
