Our new Fitness Classes Timetable is starting from January 3rd (you can view it below or on our classes subpage), and there are a few additions to our ever growing offer:
Yoga 4 Sports – By improving not only flexibility but posture, body mechanics, and awareness as well, yoga can make every form of training you do more effective and efficient. Start your morning with Lexi on Wednesdays from 6.40 to 7.55 am.
SGT: Powerbells – This class caters for all and with unlimited combinations, our qualified instructor will guide you through an intense and effective workout. Join Matt every Friday between 5.25 and 5.55 pm.
Power Skipping – The class is a mixture of exercises with skipping ropes, resistance bands and body weight, all combined to make a great fat burner cardio workout. Try it out with Elena on Saturdays 4.00 till 4.50 pm.
